How my understanding in design thinking built a successful training programme using VR Tech for experiential learning

Dear Diary: Next Time I Hear The Words "Experiential Learning," I'm Using One Of My Sick Days

Dulintex day 5. More onboarding. Typically loathsome. The present extraordinarily excruciating action was pretends. The semi-persistent facilitator clarified this is "experiential learning." Apparently that implies that we learn by accomplishing something. Get coordinated with a startlingly lively man—Bob—who's playing the furious client. (I'm playing me. Tip in case you're playing me: slump more and look aloof.) The not-as-tolerant now facilitator continues attempting to persuade Bob to be more disappointed, which makes him sweat abundantly. We authoritatively show up at the principal hover of hellfire. Learn by doing… more like, what the hell am I doing here and would i be able to kindly please check Insta?

Dear Diary: I Could Really Use Some Actually Good Experiential Learning Up In Here

Dulintex week 2. Today is "on the telephones" day and I feel absolutely ill-equipped. Perhaps I ought to have given more consideration to that pretend. A few calls regress into what I envision are embarrassed clients going to lose it. I attempt to resist the urge to panic in my 3D shape and cry in the restroom slow down at lunch. The lively perspiring man (Bob) stops by my solid shape to state greetings. Had quite recently completed a call that must be depicted as a dumpster fire. He gradually steps back when he sees my face. I spend the remainder of the early evening time doing breathing activities. My state of mind lifts until I recall how my ledger will sink on the off chance that I lose this employment. I get catnip for Switchy so in any event one of us can feel better.

Dear Diary: Me = No Filter

End of week 2. Longest seven day stretch of my life. The assessment structure for the onboarding shows up in my inbox. I am in an especially grumpy state of mind. Switchy ran out today when I took out the trash. Appears she accepts she has work to get to under the deck. I advise her to make the most of her duty free life—she should have great karma for being a decent individual in a previous existence. (Was I a yank in my previous existence?) I compose legitimate input about onboarding while at the same time envisioning the onboarding is Blanka in Street Fighter and I am Chun-Li. Having an inclination that a saint so I hit send… .at that point alarm. I'm certain that was an error.

Dear Diary: There Is Apparently A Way To Think Design And They Call It Design Thinking

Dulintex, one month. Meeting with chief Mya. Clearly my saint second input about onboarding contacted her work area. I can't tell if she's distraught. Poker face. Do whatever it takes not to wriggle as I sit tight for her to fire me. I consider pulling out my telephone to look for a new position however fight the temptation. We're attempting to improve the onboarding, she says. Really hard to aggravate it I think. (Fortunately that idea remains in my cerebrum as opposed to emerging from my enormous mouth—not feeling so chivalrous now.) She is going on about "plan thinking." She inquires as to whether I need to be included. Um, sure, appears to be better than being terminated? I leave before she alters her perspective. Google "plan thinking." I'm feeling something, possibly a good omen, or is it simply my stomach revealing to me it's the ideal opportunity for lunch?
